Sophrology is a gentle body-mind method that helps to feel in the moment, in phase with your self.

 

In this 1hour workshop I will give you several tools to find and feel inner calm :
- breathing training
- self hypnosis
- visualization
- muscle relaxation

 

Tools are simple and easy to apply anytime and anywhere, when you need to control your stress, to sleep, to manage emotions.
 

No previous experience is needed.

Stress is not always a bad thing.
It helps to stay vigilant, more focus, motivated.
