Would you like to feel more relaxed and calmer?

Is stress a challenge in your life or daily life?

I offer a one-hour workshop to help you release tension and stress, and feel calm and relaxed.

 

 

What this workshop will offer you.

 

This stress management workshop will allow you to relax and develop practical skills to help you identify:

  • the stress triggers present around you, in your environment,

  • understand their impact,

  • use techniques such as short and easy-to-implement exercises, as needed, wherever you are. These tools include breathing exercises, visualization, self-hypnosis, muscle relaxation, and meditation to help you feel better and reduce the impact and symptoms of stress.

 

In a supportive environment, open to sharing and discussion, we will explore these tools so that you can master them and integrate them into your daily life.

What is sophrology?

Sophrology is a method combining various tools in the form of short exercises, easily practiced anywhere, whenever needed.

The exercises focus on breathing, gentle movements that promote muscle relaxation, visualization, meditation, and self-hypnosis.

It helps you feel calmer, more in control of your faculties, and also helps develop your skills (attention, concentration, memory).
