Sophrology



Sophrology is a method for balancing the body and mind to find inner peace, self-awareness, and access and develop one's inner resources.

It includes exercises in:

  • Breathing

  • Muscle relaxation

  • Visualization

  • Meditation

  • Self-hypnosis...



Particularly recommended for stress management and childbirth preparation, it is also recognized for its benefits to sleep quality. To date, it is the only method that works on both the body and mind.


Developed in 1960 by the Spanish neuropsychiatrist Alfonso Caycedo, its effectiveness is now scientifically recognized.

In France, it is used as complementary medicine, and many healthcare professionals, including doctors and nurses, practice and/or recommend it.

A certified sophrologist since 2013, I offer individual sessions in my office (or via video call) for children, teenagers, and adults to help them manage stress, prepare for events (exams, childbirth, etc.), address anxiety, and improve sleep quality.

I also run group sessions for children and teenagers, as well as for adults.
