Exams are approaching.
Feeling confident on exam day is half the battle.
Let's do it together, I'm here to help!

What these workshops will offer you:
 

  • Help you feel confident and prepare yourself for your exam paper or the jury on exam day.

  • Everything you need to know and do, to improve your concentration

  • Understand how your memory works, and use it most effectively to accurately and confidently recall your knowledge on exam day.

  • How to learn, to conserve your energy and time.

  • Feeling stressed?

    • Understand what stress is, and how to use it to your advantage.

    • When to know if it's helping you, or if it's harmful.

    • What to do if it becomes paralyzing and prevents you from succeeding?

  • Stay focused and make the most of the time allotted to you during each exam.

  • Get enough and efficient sleep, to be in top form, and at your best.


The workshops are designed to provide a wealth of information, advice, and simple exercises you can practice anytime, even during exams.
This will be helpful for your upcoming exams, as well as those you'll have in the long term. You'll receive support materials (written materials and audio recordings) so you can access the workshop content at any time and complete your revision.

When: Tuesday, May 12 th, from 5pm to 7pm
              Tuesday, May 26rd, from 5pm to 7pm
A lunch break will be provided midway through the session.


Price: 350 Dk/person/session or 550 Dk/person for both sessions. (Invoice available upon request)
